Our Mission
The International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and aspiring basketball officials through education, mentorship, and skill development.
Founded in August 2021 and launched in December 2021, IBOA was established by experienced basketball officials and enthusiasts with a passion for officiating education, development, and community impact. We have trained and mentored referees, organized 3×3 basketball tournaments, and promoted fair play through structured officiating programs. We work closely with local and international basketball communities to elevate the standards of officiating.
Our Services
Through our IBOA 3×3 basketball program, we promote and organize 3×3 basketball tournaments for youth in the community. We are committed to fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among young athletes while teaching them the official FIBA 3×3 rules of the game. By combining officiating education with competitive play, we strive to create opportunities for personal growth, career development, and lifelong involvement in the sport.
